A holiday nanny is a professional childcarer who joins your family for a full 8-hour shift each day, with flexible start times to suit your family’s plans.

You choose the start time, allowing you to arrange childcare around your activities, meals, outings or time to relax.
We simply ask that you provide a short break and a meal for your nanny during the 8-hour shift. This is standard practice and very much appreciated.

Our daily nanny service is 3,000 THB for an 8-hour day. This rate applies across all four of our Thailand locations. There are no hidden charges.
What does 8 hours of daily nanny service cover?
A full day from morning through to early evening, typically aligned with your family’s schedule. The nanny can assist with breakfast routines, morning activities, lunch, nap times, afternoon play, and early evening including bath and bedtime.
Can I book a daily nanny for my entire holiday?
Absolutely. Many families book a daily nanny for every day of their stay. This gives your children consistency and gives you complete freedom to enjoy your holiday from morning to evening.
What is the difference between a daily nanny and a babysitter?
A babysitter covers shorter sessions, typically evenings or a few hours. A daily nanny is there for the full day, 8 hours or more, fully integrated into your family’s daily routine and schedule.
Are daily nannies CPR and first-aid certified?
Yes. All nannies are certified in Advanced First Aid and CPR. Certifications are regularly renewed and every nanny passes a criminal background check before joining our team.
Will my daily nanny be the same person each day?
Yes, wherever possible. Consistency is important for children. We assign the same nanny throughout your stay so your children have a familiar face they can trust from day one.
Can the daily nanny join us on excursions and day trips?
Yes. Daily nannies are experienced in accompanying families on outings, boat trips, elephant sanctuaries, cooking classes and beach days as part of their daily role.
Can the nanny supervise children at the pool?
Yes. Pool supervision is part of a daily nanny’s role. Safety near water is taken very seriously. Please discuss specific water-safety expectations with us at the time of booking.
Will the nanny prepare meals for the children?
Yes. Daily nannies can prepare simple, child-friendly meals and snacks throughout the day. Please ensure food is available and brief your nanny on any dietary requirements or allergies.
Do I need to provide a meal for the nanny?
Yes. For daily bookings we ask that you provide a meal for the nanny during their shift. This is standard practice and very much appreciated.
What age children is the daily nanny service suitable for?
All ages, from newborns through to older children. We match the right nanny to your family based on your children’s ages and specific needs.
Can the daily nanny help with baby sleep routines?
Yes. Our nannies are experienced in infant sleep and nap routines. A daily nanny can maintain your baby’s routine throughout your stay, giving you structure and peace of mind.

Our nannies bring experience with age-appropriate play, games, arts and crafts, swimming supervision, beach play and gentle learning activities. They naturally adapt to your children’s energy and interests.
Can I book a daily nanny for twins or multiple children?
Yes. Please let us know the number and ages of all children when you enquire. For larger families or very young multiples we may recommend two carers.
Does the daily nanny service include overnight care?
Our standard daily service covers an 8-hour day. For overnight requirements please enquire directly and we will discuss options.
What happens if my nanny is unwell on a particular day?
In the very unlikely event that your nanny cannot attend due to illness or emergency, we will arrange a qualified replacement as quickly as possible. Your booking is our commitment.
Are daily nannies English speaking?
Yes. All nannies on our team are conversational in English, enabling clear communication throughout your time together.
How do I choose a start time for the daily nanny?
You choose the start time that suits your family’s schedule. Whether you want your nanny to arrive at 7am or 9am, simply let us know when you enquire and we will build the schedule around you.

What happens if it rains? Can the daily nanny still help?

Yes, and it is one of the most popular uses of our service. Your nanny integrates seamlessly into your resort stay, working from your room or villa so you can use the resort’s facilities freely without worrying about the children.
Can the daily nanny help if one of my children has a specific dietary need?
Yes. Please communicate all allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences clearly at the start of your engagement. Your nanny will always ask before preparing food and will follow your instructions carefully.
Will the daily nanny be on time?
Yes. Punctuality is a core part of our service standard. Your nanny will arrive ready to start at your agreed time. If anything unexpected delays them, you will be notified promptly.
Can I change the start time or schedule day to day?
Yes, with advance notice. Please communicate any schedule changes to us and your nanny as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate adjustments to your daily routine.
