1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern the provision of childcare services by Babysitting & Nanny Service Thailand Co., Ltd. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. Verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking. A 10% deposit is required to confirm all multi-weekly bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

For multi-weekly booking cancellations, if more than 48 hours’ notice is given a full refund of the deposit will be provided. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given the deposit is non-refundable.

For babysitting and single session bookings, if more than 24 hours’ notice is given no charge applies. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given a minimum 4-hour charge will apply.

If a booking concludes earlier than scheduled, the originally agreed booking time remains payable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver services as agreed due to circumstances within our control, we will either arrange a suitable replacement or provide a full or partial refund for any prepaid hours not used.

4. Safety & Supervision

While all reasonable care is taken, parents and guardians retain ultimate responsibility for their children at all times. Our nannies operate as professional childcarers — not as medical or emergency responders.

5. Privacy Policy

Babysitting & Nanny Service Thailand Co., Ltd. is committed to protecting the privacy of every family and individual who contacts us or uses our services.

We collect personal information when you submit an enquiry form, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or make a booking. This may include your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, destination, and the number and ages of your children.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, process your booking, match your family with a suitable nanny, and communicate with you before, during and after your booking. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by team members directly involved in managing your booking.

6. Photography & Image Policy

We take the privacy of all children and families in our care extremely seriously. We will never photograph, film, or publish any images or videos of children or families without prior written consent.

Under no circumstances will any image or video featuring a child be shared on our website, social media channels, or any other platform without the express written permission of the child’s parent or legal guardian. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and any images will be removed promptly upon request.
