All nannies engaged through our service are experienced in childcare, trained in CPR and First Aid (or currently completing certification), and inducted and aligned with our company’s service and safety standards.
The safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. Our nannies adhere to strict safety protocols including continuous supervision at all times, heightened care near pools, beaches and public environments, and no smoking or personal phone use while supervising children.
Families can expect punctual, well-presented nannies, a calm, warm and attentive approach, and support with routines, meals, rest and age-appropriate activities.
Clear communication, transparent pricing and honest advice are part of every booking. No hidden charges, no unexpected extras—just dependable childcare you can trust.
We understand the importance of the right connection. If, for any reason, your nanny is not a suitable fit for your family, we will arrange a suitable replacement as soon as possible or provide a refund for any unused portion of the booking.
Our team remains available throughout your booking period to assist with schedule adjustments, additional requirements and general support.
A 10% deposit is required to confirm all multi – weekly bookings. These bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
More than 48hrs notice: Full refund of deposit
Less than 48hrs notice: Deposit is non-refundable
More than 24hrs notice: No charge applies
Less than 24hrs notice: Minimum 4-hour charge applies
If a booking concludes earlier than scheduled, the originally agreed booking time remains payable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver services as agreed due to circumstances within our control, we will either arrange a suitable replacement or provide a full or partial refund for any prepaid hours not used.
Every nanny we place is certified in Advanced First Aid and CPR — including infant and child resuscitation and emergency response. Certifications are regularly renewed so your family’s safety is never compromised.
